Rolf Sethe

Rolf Sethe is Professor for Civil, Commercial, and Business Law at the University of Zurich. His research focuses on Corporate Law as well as Banking and Capital Market Law and he is the author of numerous publications. Since 2013, he is head of the University Priority Research Program (URPP) Financial Market Regulation. Rolf Sethe studied law and history at the University of Tübingen and attained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
